In a fiery dig, Campbell Munyambu, the coordinator for Mwingi Professionals Forum & Business Community has come out guns blazing against a section of Ukambani leaders who on Wednesday flocked State House to meet  President Ruto under the guise of development talks.

Munyambu says that the meeting was nothing short of political conmanship and a betrayal of the highest order.

Those individuals didn't go to seek development. They went to auction the Kamba community for personal gain. The unity of our people is priceless, but they chose to betray it for political left overs” thundered Munyambu while addressing a presser in Mwingi Town.

In a blistering attack, Munyambu, a fierce Kalonzo ally dismissed the attendees as “betrayers,” accusing them of advancing selfish & stomach  interests while abandoning the collective struggle of the Kamba people.

“Let us not be fooled, Ruto will do nothing for and in Ukambani. He is taking the community for a fool while offering lip service. Our dignity as a community is priceless" the professional stated.

He emphasized that the only real hope for the region lies in rallying behind Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka's 2027 presidential bid to wrestle the power from president Ruto who he says has failed spectacularly.

As a community we must speak with one voice, remain unshaken and support Kalonzo to the end. He is the only leader with the vision, courage, and history to uplift our people. The whole Nation has decided it is a Kalonzo moment. Anything less is betrayal,” Munyambu passionately observed.

He further urged the voters to be wary of the betrayers and prepare to discipline them at the ballot since they are not acting on behalf of the community nor for Kambas' welfare.

“Let the betrayers know the people are watching and waiting for them at the ballot. The voters will be ruthless to those who sold out their community for photo sessions at State House with the outgoing president," he asserted.

Community Betrayers

Munyambu explained that once the former Vice President ascends to the top seat, the community will reap big in terms of development.

"We can achieve whatever it is they went to State House for and much more when Kalonzo becomes the President. We must keep our eyes on the ball," he advised.

The Statehouse meeting was boycotted by all the three Ukambani governors, all elected senators and a majority Wiper MPs.
